The Measurement and Evaluation Center in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has set Saturday 25-9-2021 as the date for conducting the standard written national exam for students of dental faculties under graduation from Syrian “public and private” universities and non-Syrian universities “September 2021 session” in the centers of “Damascus and Aleppo” universities Tishreen, Hama, Baath and Tartous.
In an announcement, SANA received a copy of it today, the center indicated that this exam is subject to all students of dental faculties in public and private universities under graduate who have only 12 credit hours or 4 courses for 2021, as well as students of non-Syrian universities in order to equalize their certificates and practice the profession .
The center set the number of questions for the exam at 120, taking into account that it is in line with the national academic reference standards “NARS” that specify the minimum level of knowledge and practical skills. Mobile, pediatric dentistry, preventive orthodontics, periodontal disease, periodontal tissues, oral diseases, radiology and preventive oral medicine.
A student from Syrian “public and private” universities and non-Syrian universities is considered a condition of graduation, and the student benefits from exam aid by only two marks, and obtaining a mark of 60 percent is a condition for applying for the differentiation of graduate studies.
The center indicated that the electronic registration for the exam starts from 11-8-2021 until 26-8-2021, and the fees for the exam are paid 4,500 Syrian pounds for students of public universities and 7,500 Syrian pounds for students of private universities in the Commercial Bank of Syria on the sub-account of the Measurement and Evaluation Center for the specialty dentist.
