No matter what else she does later in her career, Jennifer Aniston will forever remain with us in the collective consciousness as Rachel authors.
And while the rest of her friends in the mythological cast have matured and changed, it seems that precisely on her, time has much less of an impact.
But if you thought it came easily - think again.
The truth is that 52-year-old Aniston testified that she works very hard to preserve her body.
In a special project, the Healthline website analyzed the interviews it has provided on the subject in recent years and gathered all the conclusions that you too can apply from the star's demanding regime.

What does her menu consist of?
Over the years, says Aniston, she has experimented with quite a few fashionable and trendy diets.
Today, however, she explains that she is simply trying to eat healthier, with an emphasis on more natural and unprocessed foods.
She eats lots of berries, apples, bananas, peaches, plums and kiwis, alongside vegetables like spinach, kale, broccoli, celery, tomatoes, mushrooms and sweet potatoes.
She tries to get her proteins from lean sources like chicken, turkey and eggs, but sometimes she also sins with beef and pork, in the desire to have as little fat as possible.
She also said she loves whole grains like quinoa, oats, brown rice and whole wheat pasta.

In addition, it eats a lot of almonds, walnuts, cashews, pistachios and macadamia nuts, along with pumpkin seeds, flax, chia and sunflower seeds.
Aniston said she also does not give up dairy and cheese products, but tries to drink low-fat milk and yogurt.
She also likes to drink coffee, tea and celery juice, along with large amounts of water.
She also said that she tries not to avoid foods that are perceived as unhealthy or whole food groups that have a dubious name, but she tries to limit the amount of sugar and processed pastries.
She certainly allows herself to eat cakes, cookies and ice cream sometimes, but tries, just like the rest of us, to do so in moderation.
Sometimes it works and sometimes less.
Aniston's Fast: Is It Right For You?
In some of the interviews, Aniston said that although she is no longer carried away by dietary trends, there is one diet that she adheres to even today - 16/8 or intermittent fasting.
That means she eats for eight hours and then braids for another 16.
It may seem difficult in theory, but she says she manages to do so: she stops eating after dinner and then postpones breakfast until 10 a.m. the next day.
Studies show that such a diet does have health benefits, including reducing the risk of heart disease and a more effective balance of sugar and cholesterol.
One study even found that people who adhered to a diet enjoyed a 9 percent reduction in blood pressure on average.
Another study showed that intermittent fasting helped improve sleep quality in women with cancer.
Studies have also shown that it may improve brain function, concentration, mood and memory.

However, experts warn that such a diet is not suitable for everyone and in some cases can also be harmful.
At the most basic level, this is known to be a very restrictive diet, so many simply find it difficult to stick to it in the long run.
Plus, after 16 hours of fasting, probably all you want is to get out of the fridge and eat even things you know are harmful to you.
It is human nature and it is stronger than all of us.

According to various studies, the lack of regular meals during most hours of the day can adversely affect the activity of hormones in the body, in a way that can cause stress, disrupt thyroid activity, affect the menstrual cycle and even cause fertility problems.
Therefore, if you are thinking of trying this diet, it is important to do so under the guidance of a doctor or nutritionist.
Aniston's training program: Not for the faint of heart
Jennifer Aniston describes herself as someone who loves to do sports. How much does she like it? Hold tight: she says she exercises five days a week and usually does not stick to one program, but combines a variety of activities she likes.
Among other things, she experiences boxing, spinning, running, cycling, dance training, yoga and weight training. Unlike most people, she can also afford a personal trainer who makes sure she stays on track and puts together focused training programs that are exactly right for her needs.
It is a little difficult for us to understand how she manages to exercise almost every day of the week, when she is braiding for 16 hours, but there is one notable advantage to her training routine - diversity. Experts emphasize that when we do the same workout every time, the body is less affected by them and the brain gets bored. Therefore, the more you can stimulate the brain and muscles in new ways each time - the more you will increase your motivation to exercise and enjoy the better effect of training on your body and mind.
