What happens when Dad has to make lunch?
Chef Amos Hayun
from Rubida Restaurant in Mazkeret Batya and father himself an 8-year-old picky boy, in two recipes that every parent must adopt.
His lunch consists of a main and an addition that requires a minimum of ingredients and at the same time, and perhaps precisely because of this, your children will be so enthusiastic that no crumb will remain on the plate.
In the role of the protein
dish
:
Crispy and perfect chicken nuggets A ground chicken play that requires exactly three ingredients (if you do not consider salt, pepper and oil for frying).
In the role of the topping:
red pasta in one pot, a miracle pot into which all the ingredients are put together - spaghetti, tomato paste, spices and water.
You will not believe how delicious the resulting pasta is, without frying, without cuts and without nonsense.
Because the simplest with children is also the most delicious.
