(ANSA) - ROME, AUGUST 17 - From the first direct investigations carried out by ENAC to verify whether the companies have adapted to the provisions for the protection of the disabled and to charge the supplement to the cost of the air ticket for the allocation of seats close to the carers of minors and the disabled. ENAC was aware of this, announcing that the procedure is ready to impose a penalty of 35,000 euros on the defaulting carrier.
Enac is also considering whether to submit a complaint to the Public Prosecutor's Office. (HANDLE).
