The national government launched the
second edition
of the Pre-Trip program with the aim of promoting the advance purchase of tourist services to
travel through Argentina by
offering a
credit of 50% of the cost
of consumption.
This credit can be used
between November 2021 and until the end of 2022
, depending on the date on which the services are acquired and the date on which the contracted trip begins.
Here, a series of
keys
to keep in mind when using the program.

1. Choose registered providers
Whether it is a travel agency, a car rental company or an airline, the important thing is that at the time of booking you
check
that the provider is enrolled in the
PreViaje2
program
.
Otherwise, you will not be able to access the benefit.
2. Register
Registration is done with the
My Argentina account
.
Once this step is done, the trip can be created with data such as the starting point, the chosen destination, the departure and return dates, etc.

3. Vouchers
Once the trip has been booked and purchased (a tourist package, a ticket, a hotel stay, excursion, etc.) -whether invoices in the name of the traveler issued by the provider, bus tickets or air tickets- the user can
load the data of those trips
(such as ticket numbers, amounts) in the trip already created.
4. Credit
Once the vouchers are validated, the user
will be able to see the credit in their favor
in that account.
This credit will be available to use
through the preloaded card or BNA +
(Banco Nación's "virtual wallet")
from the date the trip begins

It is important to note that there are a number of
guidelines
to keep in mind in relation to
dates
.
For those who plan to
travel in November 2021
, they must have vouchers
issued between August 12 and August 31
, 2021. Those vouchers must be uploaded before September 20.

7. Buffers to consider
To access the benefit, it is required to reach the
minimum accumulated amount of $ 10,000
(with one or more receipts).
The minimum amount per voucher is $ 1,000.
The benefits generated under the program have a
minimum of $ 5,000 and a maximum of $ 100,000 per person
, depending on the provider: the ceiling for purchases in travel agencies, accommodation, airlines and long-distance bus companies is of $ 100,000.
In the rest of the tourist providers, the ceiling is $ 5,000 in total.

In addition, all limits are
per person
,
over 18 years of age
, as long as the vouchers are in your name.
8. Card
Whoever has already participated in the program and
keeps the
enabled card
(2020/2021 Pre-trip program) will be
able to use it again
.
At the time of registering for this new program, you will be asked to confirm if you have the card.
If so, the credit will be transferred to that same card (as long as the benefit is approved).
If you do not have it, a new account will be opened and a new card will be issued.

Those who have never participated in the program will be able to access the benefits through a
preloaded card
from Banco Nación that will be delivered to the address indicated in the account or through the
BNA + electronic wallet
on the cell phone.
It is important to point out that to access the benefits,
it is not a requirement to be a client with accounts at Banco Nación
, but rather that one is automatically opened at no extra cost and without formalities.
9. Changes or cancellations
In the event of a
cancellation
of the trip or tourist service loaded on the platform, it is necessary to
inform it
within a period of up to 20 days before the date of the trip or service provision.

This implies canceling the invoice loaded on the page, which will be deducted from the credit generated.
In the event of a
rescheduling
, however,
it is not necessary to inform
.
The credit will be available from the date originally declared.
10. Quotas
The
anticipated purchases in installments
also serve to participate in the Pretrip program.
In these cases, the total amount indicated on the invoice will be recognized.
