(ANSA) - BRUSSELS, AUGUST 17 - The European Commission today disbursed 9 billion euros in pre-financing to Spain, equal to 13% of the country's financial endowment in the Recovery and Resilience Facility. The payment of the primarata will help kickstart the implementation of the fundamental investments and reform measures outlined in Spain's National Recovery and Resilience Plan. "The ambitious plan will provide a crucial push to make the green transition a reality, further digitize the economy and make Spain more resilient than ever," writes EU Commission President Ursula von der Leyen on Twitter.
