In Malta, tycoon Yorgen Fenech was indicted yesterday on charges of having been the instigator and organizer of the plot for the murder of journalist Daphne Caruana Galizia, killed with a bomb placed in her car on October 16, 2017. The prosecution asked for a life sentence for premeditated voluntary murder and another 30 years for the conspiracy.
The trial will have to be held within 30 months.
