While Hong Kong has tightened its restrictions for foreign travelers in order to curb the Covid-19 epidemic from this Thursday at midnight, Nicole Kidman has been exempted from quarantine.

The exemption contrasts sharply with the entry rules for Hong Kong people.
The travel restrictions of the Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China are among the strictest in the world.
These rules to curb the coronavirus epidemic have triggered criticism from the population.
Travelers to Hong Kong must self-isolate for 21 days in a hotel, even if they are vaccinated.
Many locals have not been able to visit relatives or travel for almost two years.
