The man who has kept the Washington police anxious all morning by threatening to blow up his van in the Capitol Hill area is called Floyd Ray Roseberry, is 50 years old and from the small town of Grover, North Carolina.
In the various videos posted on Facebook in the morning, reports the Nyt, he defines himself as a "patriot". According to other media in the images, Roseberry invokes Donald Trump claiming that he will return to being president after the ouster of Joe Biden, also referring to the fall of Kabul.
