Two flights landed at Fiumicino in the last few hours have brought a total of 297 Afghans to Rome.
In the night one with 194 people.
The plane from Kuwait landed this morning with 103 Afghans evacuated yesterday thanks to another C130J plane that left Kabul.
The flight with which the Afghans were transferred to Italy was made available in Kuwait by the non-profit organization "Nove".
For all of them, having landed in terminal 5 of the Roman airport, decentralized with respect to the other passenger terminals, anti-Covid 19 health checks will be triggered;
after which they will be transferred by coach to some structures made available by the joint top operational command.
