It is a historic opportunity that we must know how to seize and transform into a new, better and stable balance". This was stated by the President of the Republic Sergio Mattarella at the Rimini Meeting, underlining that "there is an I, a you and a us also for Europe and for its responsibilities, against all narrow-mindedness, against mortifying dullness mixed with hypocrisy, which manifest themselves even in these days that are the result of anti-historical and, in reality, self-harming entrenchments ".
In the global world, he added, "we win together, we lose together. The virus crisis confirms this. We will still have to fight the pandemic. But our responsibility is to imagine tomorrow.
