PS5: new stocks not to be missed for the start of the school year?

2021-08-20T13:59:56.075Z

If the situation is gradually improving, the PS5 is still out of stock. Can we hope for some restocks for the start of the school year?

While it was released last November, the PS5 is still a victim of its success.

Sales are excellent, to the delight of Sony, but the console is still scarce on the shelves, virtual or real.

This is because production has still not returned to a normal level, due to a shortage of certain components.

The restocks are therefore limited, and leave very quickly.

But for the start of the school year, there are a few: don't miss them!

Visit the merchants:

  • The PS5 at Cdiscount

  • The PS5 at Amazon

  • PS5 at Fnac

  • The PS5 at Micromania

  • The PS5 on Darty

  • The PS5 on Boulanger

PS5: new stocks coming for the start of the school year?

To be sure not to miss these re-stocking, do not hesitate to activate product alerts on the various websites that regularly offer the console, such as Amazon, Micromania, Fnac or even Cdiscount.

And of course, make sure you have created an account, with correct information: on D-day, every second counts to be able to quickly validate your basket and thus secure a PS5.

Don't hesitate to check back regularly, in the early morning and early afternoon, and don't forget to check out the supermarkets' sites.

Register on waiting lists

Supermarkets receive PS5s regularly, and due to the small number, often sell them online only. However, do not hesitate to go for a walk in the supermarkets in the area and to ask for information or to be registered on a waiting list: you will be the first informed in the event of restocks in store. Note that this tactic also works for the Micromania and Fnac stores, so don't hesitate to use it to finally buy your Playstation 5.
