For the chocolate cake:
1 pack of chocolate cake mix
Eggs, water and oil as indicated on the package
Chocolate hazelnut cream (as you like) - you can also make it yourself
For the chocolate cream:
400 ml of cream
6 tbsp powdered sugar
6 tbsp cocoa powder
For the ganache:
600 ml of cream
200 g dark chocolate

If you didn't know what a ganache was, you can easily tell from the list of ingredients: it's simply a mixture of chocolate and cream that is poured over the cake to make a nice coating.
It is best to use dark chocolate, as the rest of the cake is already very sweet.

How to bake the delicious triple chocolate cake with triple chocolate
Put the chocolate cake mix, eggs, water and oil in a bowl according to the instructions on the package and mix all the ingredients with a whisk to form a homogeneous dough.
Distribute the dough evenly between two greased springform pans (use small molds).
If you want, use a tablespoon to add a few more dots of chocolate and hazelnut cream to both doughs.
Bake the chocolate cakes for
30 minutes at 180 ° C
in the preheated oven.
Then take out the tins and let the cakes cool down.
For the chocolate
cream, put the cream, powdered sugar and cocoa powder in a bowl and beat everything with the hand mixer until stiff.
Cut off the uneven lids from the chocolate cakes (use them for other purposes or just eat them up).
Spread the chocolate cream on a cake.
Place the other chocolate cake upside down on top.
Put everything in a cool place for about 30 minutes.
For the ganache,
heat the cream.
Crush the chocolate, put it in a bowl and pour the cream over it.
Stir with a silicone spatula until the chocolate has dissolved.
Pour the ganache over the chilled chocolate cake.
The best way to do this is to place it on a wire rack and place a baking sheet or baking paper underneath to catch the excess ganache.
Chill the triple chocolate cake for another 30 minutes.
