Scribbled Shakshuka Style (Photo: Walla !, Ayala Ginny)

This is going to be the most surprising scribble you will taste.

Seemingly scribbled, what could have been more amazing?

But you know how it is, sometimes the simplest foods are all you need with a little twist and the right combination of flavors.

I came across this scribble in the house of a Tunisian relative and since then I call her a Tunisian scribbler.

Its base is very reminiscent of that of the shashlik, only instead of a bubbling sauce into which the whole eggs are broken, this time the eggs are scrambled on the pan with chopped tomatoes, garlic, paprika, hot pepper and in my version also with feta cheese, which I really like.

Assures you that this scribbler becomes a regular guest at dinner or breakfast in your home.

10 minutes worked and you will not believe what a delicacy it is.
