Itzik Ben Dov, Trail Marking Coordinator of the Society for the Protection of Nature: "The Trail Marking Committee, next to the Society for the Protection of Nature, has been working over the years to find solutions to safety issues along the Israel Trail The volume of the promenades and the traffic were low.In the case of this section, attempts have been made for several years to find a safe alternative to the current route, between Kfar Giladi and the Hasbani Bridge, a section where the path passes along borderless roads.
"Unfortunately, despite the efforts, there is no safe enough alternative route for hikers and hikers. At the same time, the number of complaints we receive from hikers and area residents is steadily rising and reflecting the increase in risk, given the increase in road traffic in the area." In any case, we turn to travelers for Israel and ask - for your safety, do not go further in the section between Beit Ussishkin and Tel Hai. "And quiet. The safety of the trip is always in the first place."
