Ingredients
For dough:
1 packet puff pastry thawed butter overnight in the refrigerator
Oil spray
For white chocolate cream:
2 packs 38% sweet cream (500 ml)
½2 cups cold milk (600 ml)
2 packs Vanilla Instant Pudding (160 g)
200 grams of white chocolate

Preparation
How do you make fig milfei and white chocolate?

Prepare the dough:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Open the dough on the work surface and divide it into three equal parts.
Roll each piece into a rectangle half a centimeter thick.
2 Place the dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with oil-sprayed baking paper, spray the dough with a little oil and place in the oven for about 25 minutes until browned.
Cool and slice into rectangles measuring 3.5 by 10 cm.
3 Prepare the white chocolate cream: Break the chocolate into a bowl.
In a small pot, heat any sweet cream (250 ml), bring to a gentle boil and pour the hot cream over the white chocolate. Wait about a minute and with the help of a hand blender blend to a uniform mixture. Cover with cling film and cool to room temperature.
4 In a mixer bowl with the whipping balloon, beat the rest of the sweet cream together with the cold milk and the vanilla instant pudding until a stable whipped cream is obtained.
Stop the mixer and fold the white chocolate into the whipped cream.

Ingredients
: Place a puff pastry leaf on an elongated serving plate, place the fig halves so that you can see the inside of the fig outwards, and pour a layer of white chocolate cream (half the amount), place over another leaf, squeeze a little and fill with the rest of the cream. Powdered sugar and serve.
