TMZ has unveiled the artist's legal request to change her real name -Kanye Omari West- to Ye.
The documents are dated August 11 but were reportedly delivered to the Los Angeles court on Tuesday, August 24.

So far neither Kanye West nor his lawyers have confirmed or denied the information.
The judge still has to accept or not the request.
