There is not only the Durigon case.

At the resumption of activities after the summer break, there are many issues of high political conflict that Parliament will have to face: from the green pass to Afghanistan, from citizenship income to the Zan bill, up to the Ius Soli.

To the already full calendar, dictated by a government close between the Covid emergency and the essential reforms to the Recovery Plan, will be added the pressing of the parties to bring home flag measures or political initiatives.

With the feared result of a real traffic jam in the Chamber.

Starting from the PNRR, the appointments not to be missed are certainly 23 reforms to be closed by 31 December in order to obtain European funds.

And, of course, the Budget Law.

THE GOVERNMENT - Arginata (perhaps) the Durigon grain, with the opening of the League leader to evaluate with him the future of the Undersecretary for the Economy, remains the announcement of a motion of no confidence by Giorgia Meloni to the Minister of Interior Luciana Lamorgese.

The FdI initiative could turn into a real trip for the League: the owner of the Interior Ministry has long been in the crosshairs of her predecessor Matteo Salvini, but it will be difficult for her party to vote against a government minister from the majority Dragons.

AFGHANISTAN - The Afghan crisis will be at the center of the parliamentary debate on 7 September. The information to the elected officials of the Foreign Minister Luigi Di Maio (and perhaps also of the holder of the Defense Lorenzo Guerini), will set off a debate that is already expected to be full of broadsides. Giuseppe Conte, the leader of the M5s (of which Di Maio is also a spokesperson) has been underlining for days the importance of a dialogue with the Taliban to ensure the humanitarian protection of those who remain on the territory; the center-right and Iv attack with their heads down. Heated discussion also on the humanitarian corridors: asked aloud by the Democratic Party, according to FdI they are not the solution, while the League is ready to welcome only women and children.

THE GREEN PASS - Montecitorio's activity will come back to life on Wednesday 1 September addressing this issue. At the center of the meeting of the Social Affairs Commission there will be the conversion into law of the decree, which already promises to be hot. As the reform of the criminal trial was indigestible to the 5 stars, so the green pass is not liked by part of the League. After the passage in committee, the measure on Monday 6 is expected in the Chamber of the Chamber, before being sent to the Senate for the final passage (between the deputies and senators of the Northern League, the contrary are estimated between ten and thirty).

IL DDL ZAN - After the go-ahead from the House, the Senate is deadlocked. The Democratic Party, the M5s and the LeU would like to approve it in the House as it is, nailing the various political forces to their responsibilities. The center-right aims to change it in three points: gender identity, freedom of expression and gender in schools. Iv pleads for an agreement between right and left. Barring twists and turns, the risk of snipers in secret ballots is just around the corner. The measure is also hunted down by over a thousand amendments.

LO IUS SOLI - Once again topical after the Olympics, the battle to guarantee citizenship to those born in Italy has been relaunched by the Democratic Party which could make it its new flag. In addition to the arch-known 'no' of the Lega and FdI, some doubts also exist among the 5 Stars, more oriented on ius culturae (citizenship to the children of foreigners who complete a course of study in Italy). There is no shortage of skeptics even among the dem but the challenge of the Nazarene is on the table: "There are all the conditions for a majority in Parliament to coagulate", assured the dem Enrico Borghi.

CITIZENSHIP INCOME - In the sights of the center-right and of Italia Viva, the flag measure of the 5-star Movement has entered the sights of its detractors.

Matteo Salvini announced - between the serious and the facetious - the birth of a parliamentary majority to put his hand to the DRC.

Matteo Renzi has proposed a referendum to abolish the subsidy.

Giuseppe Conte, open to improvements, has no intention of giving them up.

Finally, not to be underestimated, also the issues on the END OF LIFE (which just today collects 750,000 signatures outside the Parliament for the referendum promoted by the Coscioni Association), the FAMILY ACT strongly desired by Iv, the GENDER PAY GAP 'branded Pd' and EQUAL REMUNERATION pushed by Fdi, as well as, finally, WORK SAFETY.
