The teaching career in the Province
can extend for 25 years or more
, from when the teacher first enters a classroom until he retires.
You can go all that way as a teacher, a professor, or as a principal.
And even inspector, district chief or authority in the ministry.
But from the moment he enters the first position and until he leaves the educational activity, he
never goes through an examination, test or evaluation of the clinical or psychophysical condition
.
The teacher or professor may be ill or under psychiatric treatment but the “employer” (that is, the Buenos Aires State) will not be able to detect it, unless the agent himself requests a sick leave.

the clinical and psychological aptitude process has been “suspended”
, contemplated in article 57 of the Teacher's Statute (law 10,570).

conduct in accordance with the teaching function
