BBC, Taliban cut internet and phones in Panshir

(ANSA) - ROME, AUGUST 29 - Almost all internet and telecommunication networks in Panshir have been cut off by the Taliban.

   Local sources report this to the Bcc.

    Panshir is the province in northeastern Afghanistan that has become the center of the anti-Taliban resistance.

Together with Baghlan it is the only area not controlled by them.
