The Ministry reminded its directorates of the need to inspect the complete readiness of the physical environment in schools, to ensure the cleanliness of manholes, toilets and tanks, and to inform the School Buildings Department to repair faults if they exist, in addition to securing sufficient quantities of soap and chlorine, ensuring the availability of clean water in all schools and working to sterilize it with extended chlorine, according to a plan The generalized sterilization of the Directorate of School Health in the central administration before the beginning of the school year and the emphasis on daily cleaning and monitoring by school principals and holding them fully responsible in case of default.

Concerning the intensification of the health education program and the school health curriculum, especially with regard to personal and general hygiene and healthy lifestyles, the Ministry stressed the need to work on it, allocating half an hour per week to each class with health education and working to avoid crowding in courtyards and classes as much as possible and resorting to half-times and settlements between schools to reduce Increasing the number of pupils and students in the classrooms, with an emphasis on continuous ventilation of the classrooms, especially between lessons.

The Ministry also drew attention to the importance of adherence to wearing a mask and spatial distancing during activities and events, not exceeding the occupancy rate in halls and places designated for this from 40 to 50 percent, strictness in general hygiene and sterilization procedures, emphasizing the presence of a health supervisor in all schools, and subjecting the untrained among them to a primary health care course. And health education and familiarization with the tasks entrusted to them and circulated by the Ministry of Education and adherence to the wearing of a mask by all teachers, teachers and all school workers and the presence of a thermal scanner in it with a commitment to conduct a thermal survey daily for all students, students, teachers, teachers and administrators present in the school by the health supervisor or whoever is assigned from School Manager.

With regard to health conditions in school canteens, the Ministry stressed that it is not allowed to sell food or drinks that are not packed or automatically packaged and healthy and from health licensed institutions, with the canteen workers committing to special dress, wearing masks and gloves inside the canteen, and obligating schools that use a means of transportation for students to sterilize it twice a day before boarding.
