The administrative justice has rendered several decisions in recent days which suspended the obligation to present a health pass in the large shopping centers of these departments.
The decision fell on Tuesday for the Yvelines, and this weekend for the Haut-Rhin and Essonne.
"We decided to appeal these decisions," said the government spokesperson on RTL this Sunday morning.
"It is important that the health pass applies in places for which it was set up by Parliament," he said.
Other jurisdictions seized "have validated the health pass when they had been seized of the same reasons", recalls Gabriel Attal, justifying the government's decision to "appeal".

"We want the health pass to continue to be applied" in large shopping centers, which are "places of strong mixing", "where many people are concentrated", continues the spokesperson.
