Rafal Majka won the 15th stage of the cycling Vuelta di Spagna, from Navalmoral de la Mata to El Barraco, 197.5 kilometers long.
The Pole dedicated the victory to his father who recently died Covid.
Majka, who has been on the run for a long time together with the revived Fabio Aru, had not won in the Spanish stage race since 2017. The Pole preceded Dutchman Steven Kruijswijk and Australian Chris Hamilton.
Norwegian Christian Eiking kept the red jersey as leader of the general classification, where he precedes French Guillaume Martin by 54 "and by 1'36" Slovenian Primoz Roglic, reigning champion.
