Since the death of Johnny Hallyday, in December 2017, and the moving testimony evening that he ended in tears, Michel Drucker has no longer mentioned the star on TV.

But he never stopped imitating her.

Neither on stage, nor during interviews where he connects tasty anecdotes.

This time, it is at the Accor Arena that the pillar of the PAF will pay tribute to him.

According to our information, the host of "Vivement dimanche" will introduce the gigantic tribute concert that France 2 will broadcast live on Saturday 14 September.

Either on the evening of the inauguration of the esplanade which will bear the name of Johnny Hallyday, at the foot of the performance and sports hall formerly called Bercy, and of a huge souvenir statue, representing a guitar neck surmounted by a real Harley Davidson.

In the arena, 9,000 fans are expected.

The proceeds from the tickets will be donated to charities.

Michel Drucker and Johnny Hallyday, who died in 2017, were longtime friends.

Others, like Slimane and Julien Doré, are also big followers.

They will be accompanied by musicians from Johnny Hallyday's latest tours, as well as a symphony orchestra of around thirty musicians led by conductor and pianist Yvan Cassar.

Two hours of non-stop show

Surprise. A stranger will join them on stage for a song. Warner, Johnny Hallyday's ultimate record company, launched a competition open to all on July 12. A jury, made up of Laeticia Hallyday or producer Anne Marcassus, selected the best candidate to perform a song on the Accor Arena stage and record a single, produced by Laeticia Hallyday and his company Artistes et Promotion, then distributed by Warner Music France.

The show entitled "Johnny Hallyday: that I love you" will last two hours without interruption. The lights will be imagined and produced by Dimitri Vassiliu, as on his last tours. Its organizers promise a "real immersion in the world of rocker". Even if there will be no virtual duets with the guests, several giant transparent screens will be arranged in the room, in which the rocker will appear and sing at several times of the evening.
