The Commissioner for Internal Affairs, Ylva Johansson, on Twitter, writes on the sidelines of the Extraordinary Council on Afghanistan.
"We will work with other global leaders for a coordinated approach to legal and safe resettlement avenues," he writes, adding, in response to a question, that "we need a global response on refugees." A positive opinion on the outcome of the meeting was expressed by the Italian Minister of the Interior Luciana Lamorgese.
