After the violent death of a mother and her two children in Bispingen, Lower Saxony, the public prosecutor charged the woman's partner with triple murder and serious sexual crimes.
That comes from a communication.
Accordingly, the man is also accused of serious sexual abuse of children resulting in death and rape resulting in death.
The accused did not admit the acts, it said.
In mid-May, the bodies of the 35-year-old woman and her four-year-old son were found in a house in Bispingen.
A few days later, a child's body found in a forest on the Lüneburg Heath was identified as the woman's missing eleven-year-old daughter.
As the public prosecutor in Lüneburg announced, the 34-year-old man is said to have returned to her apartment in Bispingen in the early hours of the morning after a late-night argument with his partner.
There he is said to have strangled the unsuspecting woman "in order to arouse himself sexually," as it was said.
According to the prosecutor, the man is said to have strangled the four-year-old boy until he died.
According to the public prosecutor's office, the motive for this act was "the suspect's fascination with killing by strangulation."

The man then raped the eleven-year-old girl and cut her breath until the child suffocated.
The man then deposited the body on a forest path near Bispingen.
On the other hand, he left the corpses of his partner and her young son in the apartment, where they were found shortly afterwards.
The daughter's body was only discovered by a forester two days later.
The woman's partner came under suspicion immediately after the crime and was arrested.
He is in custody.
The charge is now being examined by the Lüneburg Regional Court.
The judges there decide whether to open a trial against the suspect.
According to the public prosecutor's office, if convicted, the man faces life imprisonment as well as possible preventive detention.
