(ANSA) - NEW DELHI, 01 SEPT - Record of vaccinations yesterday in India with over 13 million and 318 thousand doses administered in 24 hours: according to the data released by the Ministry of Health.
The race for immunization has thus reached over 654 million Indians who have had at least the first injection.
Of the more than 1.3 billion Indians, about 11% are fully vaccinated.
Also according to the ministry, the new cases of positive alCovid recorded yesterday were almost 42,000, a figure that confirms the average trend of last week, and 460 deaths.
