As if it were missing,
Paris
has a new tourist attraction: a
bus
shaped like a boat on its nose, which travels the streets of the city for tourists and then
becomes a river boat
to travel the Seine River.
In this way, passengers can enjoy the capital of France by land and by water.
The tours have been carried out since this summer by a company called
Canards de Paris
, which in French means “the ducks of Paris”.
By land you can see
some of the most emblematic places in
Paris, such as the Eiffel Tower, the Invalides, the Alexander III bridge, the Little Palace and the Grand Palace, the Champs Elysees, the Arc de Triomphe and the Trocadero.

The journey then continues in the department of Hauts-de-Seine, along the royal road that the king used to go from the Louvre to Versailles, towards the famous palace.
The journey then leads to
an ancient island
that belonged to "Monsieur", Louis XIV's brother, where the aquatic adventure begins with a great dip.
From the water, on board the bus-boat you can discover the "Seine Musicale", the Saint-cloud gardens and the skyscrapers of the La Defense district.
"If we are lucky, we will even be able to say hello to the sailboats and kayaks that often sail around," the company says on its website.
The water raid ends at the starting point, no less than in front of the Eiffel Tower.

The entire trip takes approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, 20 minutes of which are spent in the water.
And security measures are taken, as
life jackets
are provided
to all passengers on board.
The cost of the tour is 35 euros for seniors and 20 euros for children from 2 to 12 years old.
By asphalt and by water
Amphibious tour buses, commonly known as "ducks," have been used for years to transport tourists to other cities around the world.
They are often
sea-modified
military assault ships
, and some have made headlines by sinking or catching fire.
The bus was built in France especially for this tour.

But the version in use in Paris is a
new design specially built in France
and, according to its operators, is the first amphibious vehicle to obtain a license to transport tourists on the roads and waterways of the French capital.
