Halsey poses as Madonna
A few weeks after the birth of her first child, the American singer unveils her fourth studio album
If I Can't Have Love, I Want Power
, obviously with motherhood as the main theme.
The album breaks abruptly with
Manic
, released in 2020. If the latter wants to be both pop and angry (which we perceive very well with the tracks
I hate everybody
and
You should be sad)
, this new production of Halsey favors rock sounds and ballads.
Dave Grohl of Foo Fighters and Lindsey Buckingham of Fleetwood Mac collaborate on this new album.

ABBA gosh!
The Swedish quartet is reborn from its ashes.
Forty years after the announcement of their separation, Agneta, Björn, Benny and Anni-Frid unveiled two exclusive titles on September 2: the dance
Don't Shut Me Down
and the ride I Still Have Faith In You.
The tracks, already listening digitally, will appear on
Voyage
, the group's ninth studio album, available on November 5.
In the meantime, we dive into nostalgia on foot.

In a candy pink glittery outfit, strolling in a dreamlike atmosphere, the Quebecer sings of eternal love at the foot of the Lachine lighthouse.
The release of the single is the last step before the release of an upcoming album in a few weeks.

Eddy de Pretto and Yseult, a poetry for two voices
Reunited in a single clip,
Pause
and
Kiss
, two pieces by Eddy de Pretto, in duet with Yseult, are an invitation to delicacy.
The voices blend harmoniously, the words are soft and refined, the universe is calm.
"This double title is the result of our meeting"
, tell the artists, whose new friendship is brandished as a shield against the vicissitudes of life.
Their title is also presented as a "musical safe space".
Beyond the intersectional lamentations, remains a pretty poetry which allows to wait, lighter, the hexagonal tour of the singer, which will occur from October 26 to November 22 at the Bataclan, in Paris.

Kendrick Lamar back with his cousin Baby Keem
Four years after his last album, each appearance of the now very discreet Kendrick Lamar is an event in itself. A few days after the announcement of the imminent release of an album, the arrival of a new featuring with his cousin Baby Keem shook the world of hip-hop. The track opens with a triumphant Baby Keem verse, before a much darker second part where Kendrick gives in to the ego-trip, reminding whoever wants it of his status as king of hip-hop of the last decade, and his political commitment away from the news:
"I'm not a trending topic, I'm a prophet
" ( "
I'm not a trendy topic, I am a prophet
"). No risk taken, just the pleasure of seeing a Kendrick still so hungry.

Injury Reserve, hip-hop out of the box
The excellent eponymous album released in 2019 allowed the trio Injury Reserve to find a place at the table of groups to follow in experimental rap across the Atlantic. In the meantime, the formation lost one of its members, Stepa J. Groggs, but found the strength to continue the adventure. With
Superman That
, the second single from
By The Time I Get To Phoenix
, a new album which arrives on September 15, the duo now reassures us: their abrasive and provocative rap is as flamboyant as ever. Based on a sample of the Black Country group,
New Road
, iconoclastic of a more rock and more political genre,
Superman That
is far from the manufactured trap in which hip-hop has been drowned for several years.
