He had an idea at the right time and instead of remaining in the illusion and the imaginary decided to carry it out.

Leaving a bowling alley, Jonathan Cacciapuoti (28) asked a vendor to

put two sausages on the same bread.

Challenging the panchera tradition and facing the always difficult art of cutting bread and not breaking it were too powerful obstacles for the seller who

rejected the customer's proposal

, even when he offered to pay more.

“I have been thinking about this for nine years.

The idea kept spinning in my head, because at the time

I didn't want to eat so much bread,

"Cacciapuoti tells

Clarín

.

“At that time I was starting a relationship and traveled a lot by train from Vicente López to La Plata.

With one hot dog, you just don't fill up and

you can't get on the train with two and a soda

”, he reflects.

Then he began to shape his search.

Today, Jonathan is an entrepreneur who patented, after almost 10 years of looking for bakers and someone to make the molds, the invention of the

double hot dog and his own bread with two channels

to give safe refuge to the sausages.

Something that at first glance might seem like an idea at dawn between laughter and friends ended up being a more than profitable job opportunity.

His story went viral in the last hours and was even cited by Diego Santilli, a candidate for deputy for Together for Change.

The path that led to the recognition collected now was long.

"I had special matrices made and in bakeries nobody gave me a ball," he recalls, but affirms that "the key was to persevere."

"Today in the production I have three people and in total there will be five," he says.

"We are a very small business and now all this is crazy," he adds incredulous while he thinks that this very Sunday they will all come together to plan the steps to follow in the face of such an explosion of the now famous double hot dogs.

"The boat floats," says Jonathan, describing how the business is going, which he was able to restart with the Gerding family after problems with his previous partner.

Another fact that gave Jonathan the certainty of realizing his idea came the day he had the opportunity to work

selling hot dogs at the Lollapalooza festival

, where he observed that his colleagues found it difficult to cut the loaves without breaking them or hurting themselves.

Pancho bread with double channel, without using a knife to open it, a 100% Argentine invention.

The idea of creating a pancho bread with a gutter included would eliminate the need to use the knife during preparation.

Jonathan, who knew how to play some rock and roll and blues on his guitar on the subway stations, revisits the importance of perseverance and looks back at times when he moved on.

“It wasn't because he was stubborn, but because he

listened to intuition

.

There were times when he didn't even believe in me, but I still kept going ”, he says.

And he adds: "I want to show entrepreneurs that you can, even in difficult times like this."

The “Choolf Pancho Doble” is the name of the brand that Jonathan currently sells to fast food outlets, schools, soccer fields, pancherías and wholesalers.

Three years ago he received the support of the City Government by coming third in an entrepreneur contest.

That data was mentioned by Santilli in a post in which he shared the story of his invention.

"It's very exciting, I don't even know what to say,"

acknowledges Cacciapuoti, wrapped in a tornado of sensations that, he understands, means that time proved him right.

"This never happened to me, it's all very crazy," insists who defines himself as an outgoing person and who considers "not to lose focus" so that his project, in moments of rising foam, follow the intended course.

Viral story

The user "Marcas Argentinas" on Instagram highlighted the incredible story of Jonathan and his invention and quickly the video where he tells the origin of his venture went viral.

“Choolf Pancho Doble” began as a small project that only had the support of friends and family.

Today it is a growing business, with headquarters in Villa Adelina, San Isidro.

The first products they offered were double loaves with their respective sausages, potatoes, and some sauces to accompany them.

In 2018 he was awarded third place in BA Joven "Empower yourself", a program of the City government that accompanies young people so that they can transform their dream into their own entrepreneurship.

As a hot dog taster 😂, strong bank!

Choolf participated in a call for #Potenciate entrepreneurs and received seed capital to get started.

We must support those who want to create and give work 👏 It's out there 🌭 https://t.co/fN6CGgHjcw

In addition, several gastronomic establishments in Buenos Aires buy from him to resell.
