Beyond the price of the apartment, she explains, due to the size of the garden or balcony, an additional investment of about NIS 100,000 will be required for design and planning.

The penthouse will have additional ancillary costs in the order of 20,000-30,000 for the transportation of carpentry items, furniture and also landscaping.

Of course there is room for a pool or Jacuzzi, but the noise can interfere with the apartments above, so in my opinion the penthouses are the most equal and prestigious apartments, they are considered the "prime location" of the contractors and there they also make their big profit.

"The pampering penthouses usually have spacious balconies overlooking an urban view and will be preferred by young couples or the age group of 40+ from a socioeconomic status that allows it. Higher, with a desire for a soprano and a look of 'I'm on the roof of the world'. Together with an ideal balcony for accommodation and a bonus of luxurious facilities in the building such as a gym, pool, etc. "And the difference between the penthouses and the garden will also be 10% more in favor of the penthouses."

"Naturally, families with relatively small children or those with a fear of heights will prefer to live in garden apartments with a respectable garden area, which allows for play areas for children, dining and seating areas, pampering outdoor kitchens and along with suitable vegetation that will create great privacy. "Another thing to consider is the issue of paying the maintenance of the building. Although in practice the tenants of the garden apartment do not use the public areas of the building (elevators, stairs, etc.), they are still obligated to bear maintenance just like the other tenants."
