The Government requested this Monday that the
digital vaccination credential
of the
Mi Argentina
application
be recognized as accreditation of immunization against the coronavirus throughout the world.
The Ministry of Health communicated that as of today this digital credential is the
official travel document
that certifies the vaccination against covid-19 in the country.
"The digital card is available
in
both
Spanish and English
with the aim of being presented abroad by those people who must move between countries," he explained.
For this to happen, the formal process was initiated by the Ministry of Foreign Relations, International Trade and Worship through a circular sent to Argentine consulates and embassies abroad.
The digital certificate of vaccination against covid-19 of My Argentina will be the official document for trips abroad.
These will now communicate it to foreign ministries, migration directorates and border health authorities around the world to
begin the process of approval
of this credential in the different countries, official sources detailed.
"Simultaneously, the other countries were required to inform
what their vaccination credential models are
in order to advance in the verification of the documentation of travelers who wish to enter Argentina," added the Ministry of Health.
In any case, as the WHO has not yet defined guidelines for a global certificate, the health portfolio recommended that those traveling abroad "consult the current sanitary measures and the travel documentation required by the destination country at the time of the trip."
I also request "to keep the physical documentation delivered by the health authorities at the time of receiving the vaccine doses in order to complement and / or prove their vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 if requested."
How is the credential
The document has a
QR code
that refers to the official site of the Ministry of Health of the Nation, where you can consult the information supporting the vaccination.
It is available to all those who
have been vaccinated
, since it is generated from the data uploaded in the Federal Register of Nominal Vaccination (NOMIVAC).
It includes
the name of the vaccine, batch, dose and place of application
.
The vaccination card can be seen in the My Documents section of the application.
Currently more than 10 million people use it.

In addition to this card, in My Argentina you can manage procedures and take turns.
You can also link the digital ID, driving record, auto insurance, green and blue ID, ART credential, CUIL certificate, the international symbol of access for people with disabilities, the Tourism Certificate and the Cannabis Program Registry credential. (REPROCANN).
