(ANSA) - VERONA, 07 SEPT - The autopsy on the body of Chiara Ugolini, the 27-year-old killed Sunday evening in her apartment in Calmasino di Bardolino (Verona), is scheduled for tomorrow. The examination was ordered by the deputy prosecutor of Verona, EugeniaBertini, who coordinates the investigation, and will be performed at the Forensic Medicine Institute of the Scaligero Polyclinic.
Emanuele Impellizzeri, a 38-year-old native of Catania and neighbor of the victim, is accused of the murder, who entered the apartment by climbing from the lower floor, climbing onto a small terrace. The man, locked up in the Florentine prison of Sollicciano after being stopped on the motorway near the Tuscan capital while fleeing in motion, the Carabinieri would have limited himself to saying that he had pushed the girl.
When he was stopped, in addition to being stained with blood, Impellizzeri had scratches on his face, evident signs of a struggle. Chiara Ugolini would therefore have defended herself, for this reason the investigators do not exclude the hypothesis of a sexual assault among the motives of the crime. The alleged murderer, who worked in a body shop in the town and was facing a conviction for two robberies dating back to 2006 with the probation of the social services, admitted that he would have found the girl at home when, on Sunday afternoon, he broke into the apartment.
In a post on Instagram, Chiara's boyfriend, DanielBongiovanni, remembers her today: "You are and will always remain my half, the part that completes me, my reason for living.
We've been through a thousand adventures, but it was just the beginning, we had thousands of projects together pending. But don't worry, my love, I will carry you forever with me, inside my heart ". (ANSA).
