A video published on TikTok and disseminated by other networks showed in recent days the meeting of L-Gante, one of the popular artists of the moment, with a man
investigated for drug trafficking, robbery and gender violence
, recognized in Tucumán for his connection to the clan Los Gardelitos.
According to
La Gaceta
, he is
"El Petiso David" Lobos
, a 44-year-old man who lives in Yerba Buena and has a large medical record.
The meeting would have been on a visit by the musician to Tucumán.
"Listen to me kitty. Look.
Here I have almost four kilos of gold.
Salami. This is number one. Cumbia 420", he hears David say, after L-Gante gave him the foot.
It was a message for another popular artist, although they did not give names.
In the video you can see David with necklaces that
would be valued at about 50 million pesos
.
Among them,
La Gaceta
reported
, there was one with the image of Gauchito Gil, identical to one that showed a "Gardelito" from Buenos Aires, a long time ago, on social networks.
But that is not the link that David is known to be with the famous Los Gardelitos clan,
a family from
the tucuman
underworld
that made school in the "mecherismo" and that was dismembered after having had confrontations with the Ale clan and with the Atila Command , the parapolitical group linked to Malevo Ferreyra.
El Petiso David with L-Gante on a visit by the popular artist to Tucumán.
Born and raised in the El Cruce and Victoria neighborhoods, like several of his relatives, at first David would have dedicated himself to committing minor crimes, because he was also trained in
the "trade" of "mecherismo"
, although that changed over time. the years.
His progress will generated serious problems with the family: "They gave him back for
years
by greedy, for betraying the codes of the group
and even after a
fight with a brother ,
" he told
La Gaceta
someone who knows the movements of the areas that David Lobos moves.
Those who set off the alarms were his relatives who are based in Buenos Aires.
They were the ones who discovered the video and were in charge of spreading it to
question the way it is exhibited
.
The name of "Petiso David" has appeared in police reports for years.
In June 2007, Lobos, together with Mario "Homero" Quinteros, was accused of
having shot himself with police personnel
when they were escaping in a Peugeot 208. In the confrontation, Manuel "Yuyo" Suárez was injured, who saved his life after having been very serious for several days.
The theory of the investigators is that the occupants of the car tried to escape because they were
transporting drugs
.
In the raids ordered by the Justice in Lobos' house, they found traces of cocaine.
In September of that same year, his name reappeared in another case.
On that occasion for the crime of a man who washed cars, Darío Edgardo Bustamante (38).
The victim's family said that Bustamante began to argue with two young men who had not been satisfied with their work.
Then one of them
drew a weapon and mortally wounded him
.
At first they accused "Petiso David", but later, apparently, they separated him.
In Justice, Lobos has a dozen causes, but the two mentioned above do not appear among them.
"That is another question that his family members ask themselves: how do you manage to escape justice? Many of his relatives ended up imprisoned for much lesser crimes.
They are afraid that he is a 'button'
", explained the same man who gave his testimony to
La Gaceta
.
Of the twelve causes in which it appears, seven are closed.
One is for aggravated gang robbery and the other six for gender violence.
The last one in which he appears is recent: he was denounced for having organized a party at his home in Yerba Buena, violating the restrictions ordered by the authorities for the pandemic.
The case was closed and his relatives said that they
never notified him of that file
.
In November of last year, a journalistic investigation by the
Panorama Tucumano
program
revealed that the then federal judge Daniel Bejas had a case paralyzed in which employees of the Provincial Health System (Siprosa) were involved in the
trafficking, distribution and commercialization of cocaine. and marijuana
.
In that investigation, which began in 2016, Lobos was also mentioned.
But the case came to a halt in 2019 and remains inactive so far.
This stoppage prompted the national deputy
José Cano to
present a request for information to the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation in the Chamber, which was never answered.
As if that were not enough, he
appears in another case, but as a victim
.
He managed to get the Justice to issue a protection measure after he denounced that the police were investigating him without a court order.
