In the video, one of the hikers can be heard asking if the alligator thinks the glider is food - a second before it bites into it.

While the alligator chews the glider, visitors can be heard screaming in terror.

One of them was heard saying, "My God, he eats it!"

While another asked: "What are you doing George?".

One is heard saying, "Do not eat this. George, no!"

- But it's too late.

The alligator is seen continuing to chew on the glider and causing an eruption of smoke from it that surrounds the alligator.

Despite the pleas of the visitors and the heavy smoke that surrounded it, the alligator continued to bite and smash on the unmanned aerial vehicle until it left no crumbs.

Fortunately, Dov claims that they remained in the field to check on the alligator's condition and she reports that his condition is normal.

She wrote: "George is in good condition and appears to be still hungry after the incident."

According to a Newsweek report, the viral video angered a large portion of viewers and some commenters claimed they even reported it to local authorities.

Although the photographer claims the incident took place in the Everglades swamp, some viewers believe it occurred in an area that is actually in a park controlled by the National Parks Service, where glider use is prohibited.

The creator of the video was quick to defend herself and wrote that "it was an accident and it happened outside the national park during a tour. Direct your anger towards the crocodile farm."
