France paid national tribute on Thursday, November 9 to actor Jean-Paul Belmondo, who died Monday at the age of 88.
In the courtyard of the Invalides in Paris, nearly 1,000 people were able to attend this ceremony in addition to the family and many personalities.

Many stars were present to salute the memory of the "
Magnificent
", like Patrick Bruel, Gilles Lellouche, Guillaume Canet and Marion Cotillard, DJ Bob Sinclar, whose stage name is inspired by a character from "
Bébel
”, Thierry Frémaux, general delegate of the Cannes Film Festival, or even Cyril Hanouna. Among the political figures, the Macron couple, or the former President of the Republic François Hollande were also present for a last goodbye to the legendary actor.
