(ANSA) - ROME, SEPTEMBER 09 - The Senate Justice Commission has unanimously approved, therefore with the approval of Fdi, the amendment of the speakers to the reform of the civil process, which establishes the new Court of the family of minors and persons.
The rapporteur FiammettaModena reports it to ANSA at the end of the session.
The new Court will have jurisdiction over all matters concerning separation, divorce, custody and child criminal law.
