A woman from Baden-Württemberg had not been vaccinated because of previous illnesses on the advice of her family doctor and wanted to take legal action against the testing: But now the Baden-Württemberg administrative court has rejected an urgent application by the woman against the corona measures.

An obligation to test for non-immunized people is "in all probability" lawful, the court announced on Thursday.

In her lawsuit, the woman argued that test evidence for her participation in public life was disproportionate.

In addition, the state is neglecting the obligation to protect the health of non-vaccinated people through freedoms for those who have been vaccinated and those who have recovered, because these people could continue to transmit the virus.

The Administrative Court contradicted this in its final decision.

The obligation to test is suitable to avoid infections.

Since vaccinated and convalescent people are also subject to restrictions such as the mask requirement, which serve to protect against infection, the protection of unvaccinated people is also taken into account.
