A new page opens for Prisma Media.
According to information from Le Point, formalized by Vivendi, Rolf Heinz, president for twelve years of the press group (the magazines Télé-Loisirs, Here, Femme Actuelle, Capital or Gala), is leaving his post.
He will be replaced by Claire Léost, former managing director of the CMI France group (Czech Media Invest, formerly Lagardère Média, which owns Elle and Marianne).
The management of the group must announce this Friday, September 10 to the staff representatives.

On May 31, the German Bertelsmann officially ceded Prisma to the French media giant Vivendi (owner of Canal + televisions, the Havas communication group and the Editis publishing group).
