Another year has passed and Yom Kippur is upon us.

So if you forgot how to get through the fast easily, here are some tips and recipes for the most important meal of the year.

- Remember to eat a few small portions of carbohydrates on the morning of the fast (which will give you available energy).

- Remember not to overfill the intermittent meal and make sure that the meal includes proteins (which cause a feeling of satiety), carbohydrates (preferably full of course) and vegetables.

- And most importantly: drink plenty of water.

And now for the recipes - easy fasting!
