TV audiences: the flop of "The Artist" on France 2

On La Deux, the telecrochet, proposed by Nagui and broadcast this Saturday evening, won a disappointing fourth place, far behind "The Voice A

It's hard to dare a new entertainment on Saturday night, faced with competition from large, well-identified machines.

Nagui, producer and presenter of “The Artist”, a musical competition which began this Saturday evening and is to last six evenings, designed on the value of songwriters and performers, attracts only 1.3 million fans on France 2 (8 % of the public present in front of the TV), a very low score compared to expectations which puts it more in competition with "Échappées belles" on France 5, a solid escape magazine which, as usual, reached 1.1 million (5 , 9%).

But in front of these two programs, there are people.

First "The Voice All Stars" on TF 1, which brilliantly celebrates ten years of the program presented by Nikos Aliagas by bringing together 4.6 million faithful (27% audience share) in front of former candidates who have scored the history of the telecrochet, as “Koh-Lanta” regularly does with its vintage editions.

France 3 and M 6 on the podium

France 3 is still as solid on Saturday nights with its police TV films, even when it comes to reruns without stars such as "Love to death" (3 million, 15.7%).

Regulars… do not change their habits.

The new season of "Dr Harrow", the Australian series of M 6, takes third place on the podium with 1.8 million (9.1%).

These are the ones who push "The Artist" to fourth place.

Finally, “Columbo” remains the friend of Saturday night on TMC, especially with an episode which allows to find Patrick McGoohan as a guest (731,000, 3.8%).
