In fact, 4 out of 10 employees say they
"trust"
or
"tend to trust" them
. A level which exceeds the record reached in 2010, in full mobilization against the Woerth pension reform, and the scores of the previous decade (28% in 2013 and 29% in 2017). It should be noted, however, that a majority still expresses its distrust of the unions, which remain at the back
of the pack.

Employees thus display a
“strong need for autonomy”
(they prefer to coordinate with their colleagues) and increasingly favor direct expression with their management when discussing matters concerning them, particularly during social negotiations.
