(ANSA) - NEW YORK, SEPTEMBER 13 - Prince Andrew is preparing to contest before the American justice for having received the documents of the lawsuit brought against him by Virginia Giuffre Roberts, the great accuser of Jeffrey Epstein.
They are reported by the international media.
One of the lawyers of Queen Elizabeth's third son, accused by Giuffre of having had sexual relations with her when he was still a minor, is expected during a virtual hearing before a New York judge, called to decide the next steps, or to determine whether the prince has received or at least the documents in question and therefore if the case can proceed.
The notification of the documents, according to rumors, took place last August 27.
Prince Andrew, friend of Epstein, has always denied the accusations against him.
