BRUSSELS - The European Commission will publish the Croatian authorities' application for registration of the traditional term "Prosek" in the EU Official Journal.
This is what the EU Executive itself writes in response to an urgent question from the MEP Mara Bizzotto of the Lega.
"Faced with this crazy decision of the EU - reads a note from Bizzotto - we are ready to defend the Prosecco Made in Italy in every way and in every location because it must be clear to everyone that the only real Prosecco is that produced in our lands ".
