Tayfur reviewed the procedures and steps adopted by the Ministry to facilitate the application process for the general admission preference, as well as the common mistakes that students make as a result of not reading the announcement of the comparison carefully, pointing out that there is enough time and there is no need to rush and students must choose their desires accurately according to what is specified in the instructions and rates.
Tayfour said: “There is no specialty in the university or institute that has no value or future, and the successful person will be successful in any specialization he studies despite the widespread negative culture of society about going to study certain specialties,” pointing to the importance of the effectiveness of “Your Eye is Your Specialization” to educate students and provide advice that is reflected positively for their future.
Tayfour pointed out that Syrian students and the like apply to the scientific branch preference with only one differentiation card, and the student can amend his wishes more than once during the period of applying for differentiation, in the special center for modifying desires at the university in which he has previously applied. for the student according to the approved mechanism.
Tayfur reviewed the conditions for settling the situation for the rejected students, their desires in the comparisons, and said: The student who recorded 35 desires for general admission “except for grants” in the scientific stream, and all his wishes were rejected, has the right to apply for regularization of his status and acceptance in the college or institute he desires if he achieves the minimum limits The announced for general admission and the required conditions, and his status is not settled if the number of written desires is less than 35, and the situation cannot be settled according to the desire of the preparatory year, one of the scholarships of private universities, or special preferences.
Tayfour explained that when the ministry exports the results of the comparison, the desires are looked at step by step, and this topic is done automatically by computer according to the specified absorptive capacity for each specialty. Private universities for medical colleges 348.
Tayfour indicated that the comparison of parallel education to the scientific branch, except for medical specializations for the 2021-2022 school year, will be announced at a later stage, that is, after the results of the current comparison are issued.
