(ANSA) - KABUL, SEPTEMBER 14 - The Taliban have accepted the commitment of over 1 billion dollars in aid promised by the international community and have urged the United States to be more generous.
"The Islamic Emirate will do its best to provide this help to people in need in a completely transparent way," said Amir Khan Muttaqi, current foreign minister in the new Afghan executive.
"America is a great country, they have to show generosity," he added in a press conference.
