(ANSA) - TEL AVIV, 15 SEPT - Israel and the EU have agreed on the mutual recognition of certificates of immunization or covid recovery.
The media reports that Israel has become part of the EU's digital certification program.
On the basis of the agreement that should be effective from early October, it will be made easier - it was explained - the movements between the EU (or other countries that have joined the Program) and Israel and vice versa.
According to the media, the agreement should also allow Israelis access to the European Green Pass to enter restaurants, museums, public administration and events in accordance with the guidelines of each country. Health Minister NitzanHorowitz said that "the EU recognizes Israeli vaccination and we recognize European vaccination.
