Customer discovers surprising error on Kaufland shelves: "Let's see when someone notices it"

Every now and then, large retail chains make their customers laugh.

One of them is a Kaufland in Steinpleis, where a customer made a strange discovery.

Steinplei - “Wherever people work, mistakes also happen” is a well-known saying.

This also applies to large, multi-million dollar supermarket chains - many people work there in particular.

It is therefore not uncommon for customers to report bizarre or embarrassing mistakes that they discover while shopping.

One of them was a customer of Kaufland from Steinpleis near Zwickau in Saxony.

"Let's see when someone notices it," says the customer about the mishap in his local Kaufland branch and shares it with other users on Facebook.

“Something went wrong there.

The intern wrongly acknowledged again, ”he writes on the company's community page.

The photo of the customer shows that the napkin assortment has been placed under the label "Candles".

The other way around were the candles on the wall for "napkins".

The customer also finds the mistake funny and promptly uses the cliché of the intern who must be responsible for the failure.

But he doesn't find the mistake bad: "It can happen, otherwise it's always very tidy and nice people there," the customer writes about the branch.

Other customers report similar experiences under the post.

“I saw it here in Stuttgart too.

It was completely rebuilt, but this rebuilding team is not always responsible for the walls, ”says one user.

Possibly this error is a remodeling of the respective branches.

The Kaufland team also thanked the customer for pointing this out and promised to forward the error directly to customer management.

Another Kaufland customer was meanwhile in the parking lot of a branch, wondering "how stupid mankind is".
