(ANSA) - NUORO, 16 SEPTEMBER - Five months' imprisonment with suspension of the sentence.
This is the sentence pronounced this morning by the Gup of the court of Nuoro Teresa Castagna, against Mathias Wincler, one of the managers of the Orosei residence in which on 2 September 2018 a 7-year-old child from Irgoli, Richard Mulas, drowned, sucked into the drainage pipe from which he was missing the safety grid.
The judge also ordered the liquidation of the small inseparated civil judgment against the family.
Wincler, accused of manslaughter and defended by Gino Derosas and Antonella Pedduzza, had chosen to be tried with the shortened procedure.
