Italy has been in primary budget surplus for 20 years.

This is a sign of frugality.

It is about growing the economy, not holding it back, to effectively address debt.

This was underlined by the President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella in an interview with the Hungarian President János Áder received today at the Quirinale.

It was - it was learned - a frank confrontation with Hungary on the issues of debt and migration.

The President of the Republic, Sergio Mattarella, met the President of the Republic of Malta, George Vella, the President of the Republic of Finland, Sauli Niinistö, the President of Ireland, Michael D. Higgins and the President of Hungary, János Áder.
